Latvia #1 and #2 Plate Variations
The following stamps are known plate variations of first issue in the sun design. 
They have a portion of map on the back of each. Positions are represented by Hoffman's catalog.
 The second number represent a row and the last number is the column. 
Prices vary between $5-$20 depending on the availability.

I accept payment through Paypal, check, cashier check, and cash.

For Shipping:  Please add $1.00 in the United States and $2.00 elsewhere. 
If you want an item sent through registered mail please add $3.50 and $4.00 international.  Thank you.
 

If bidding on more then one item then I will combine the lots, and just add once for shipping. 
If the item is larger then a standard envelope I will need to add another $.50 cents to the above costs.
