     The design of the second issue is the same as of issue A, but there are now three denominations in Santimi.  The paper is the same as of issue A.  Only perforated stamps were issued.  All stamps were issued on April 28th, 1928, but not all were equally valid for postage:  the 10 and 25 Sant. stamps were valid until August 31st, 1940, and the 15 Sant. stamp until November 16th, 1936.
